Must Have Qualifications, Certificates, and Requirements:

▪ Saudi National

▪ Nebosh IGC

▪ Warehousing Experience

▪ English Proficiency

▪ 5 Years of Experience

Understands how HSE management systems work:

▪ Can explain how HSE benefits overall business result
▪ Knows how to manage an implementation project
▪ Understands how HSE audits are conducted
▪ Aware of Gemba and how to conduct site visits
▪ Capable of coaching leaders during their Gemba’s
▪ Understand how to calculate budget needs
▪ Knows how to challenge unsafe behavior
▪ Strong ability to analyze and solve problems

Environmental:

Understand how to assess env. aspects & impacts
▪ Knows common significant impacts of logistics
▪ Able to list the most important environmental laws
▪ Capable of monitoring environmental performance
▪ Knows how to respond to env. emergencies
▪ Able to apply the life-cycle approach.
▪ Can explain line-manager Env. responsibilities
▪ Understand fundamentals of waste management
▪ Capable of using Fatal5.com

Health & Safety:

▪ Understand how to identify H&S hazards
▪ Capable of assessing H&S risks
▪ Aware of the hierarchy of controls
▪ Understand how incidents are investigated
▪ Knows how to involve the frontline in investigation
▪ Understand how to ensure emergency preparedness
▪ Can explain line-manager H&S responsibilities
▪ Knows how to monitor H&S Performance
▪ Capable of using Fatal5.com

Potential Qualifications:

▪ Safety Management Specialist course
▪ Environmental Awareness Training for Professionals
▪ Project Management Institute Certification
▪ International Coaching Federation Certification
