Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and requirements related to sales and marketing.
- Translate business needs into functional designs and configure D365 CE Sales & Marketing modules to meet requirements.
- Configure entities, business rules, workflows, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles. Collaborate with technical teams on custom development (plugins, integrations, Power Automate, etc.).
- Map out end-to-end sales cycles (lead → opportunity → order → invoice) and marketing campaigns, recommending process improvements.
- Support integration with external applications (ERP, marketing automation, LinkedIn, Outlook, Power Platform, etc.) and ensure data quality and migration strategy.
- Prepare functional test cases, conduct UAT with business users, and support go-live activities.
- Deliver workshops, user training, and documentation to ensure adoption of the solution.
- Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 CE Sales & Marketing capabilities, releases, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–9 years of hands-on functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM), specifically in Sales and Marketing modules.
- Proven track record of implementing Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Order, Invoice management processes in D365 CE.
- Strong experience in Campaigns, Marketing Lists, Customer Journeys, Segmentation, and Marketing Insights.
- Good understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) for extending CE solutions.
- Experience with data migration and integrations (using Azure services, KingswaySoft, or other middleware).
- Ability to prepare functional design documents, process flows, and solution documentation.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting skills.
- Microsoft certifications such as MB-210 (Dynamics 365 Sales) or MB-220 (Dynamics 365 Marketing).
