Technical Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Marketing)
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end technical architecture for products built on Dynamics 365 CE sales and Marketing.
- Design scalable, reusable solutions leveraging Power Platform, Dataverse, custom plugins, Power Automate, and Azure Services.
- Collaborate with product managers and functional architects to translate business and functional requirements into robust technical designs.
- Define coding standards, development frameworks, and DevOps pipelines for the product team.
- Guide development teams in implementing best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.
- Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and architectural governance.
- Drive decisions around data modeling, API design (REST/OData), and integration strategies with external systems.
- Stay ahead of Microsoft’s roadmap and proactively identify new capabilities that can improve the product suite.
- Act as a mentor and technical leader for engineers across multiple teams.
- Experience with Microsoft Flow and/or Logic Apps.
- Ability to create custom pages, canvas apps, PCF Control, and Power Pages
- Understanding of Power Platform and other areas of the Microsoft stack
- Understanding of standard integrations between Office 365 and CE
- Integration with third party software and solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Flow and/or Logic Apps.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-8 years of technical experience with Dynamics 365 CE, including hands-on work with Project Operations, Sales, or PSA modules.
- Proven track record as a Technical Architect on large-scale CE/ProjOps implementations or product builds.
- Deep knowledge of the Power Platform, Dataverse, JavaScript, C# Plugins, Custom APIs, and Power Automate flows.
- Experience designing scalable solutions for multi-entity/multi-geo use cases.
- Strong understanding of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and other cloud-native components.
- Expertise in ALM using Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, solution branching strategies, and release automation.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics SDK, performance optimization techniques, and integration patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
