  • Hours: (0.8 – 1.0 FTE) Full-time or 4 days per week minimum

Working as part of the HSO International HR team means engaging daily with international HR-related matters.

Why This Role?

Due to continued growth, HSO International is expanding its Enablement team. This new role has been created to manage increasing operational demands and to support the HR team by taking on key administrative responsibilities.

The Role: Office Manager

Are you a proactive, organised, and service-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic international environment? We are seeking an enthusiastic Office Manager to support our Amsterdam office and contribute to the seamless operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee facility management for the HSO International and HSO Group office in Amsterdam.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Organise meetings and lunches as requested
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment events
  • Support internal events and training initiatives
Requirements
What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Based in the Netherlands with the right to work
  • Willing and able to commute to the Amsterdam office
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • 0–2 years of experience in an international environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • A proactive, hands-on approach
  • Clear, transparent communication
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, punctual, and presentable
  • A strong team player

Preferred:

  • Experience in office or facility management
  • Dutch language skills (verbal and written) are a plus
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, international setting
