Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards across F&B operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of food preparation, storage, and service areas.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety standards, and local health regulations.
- Identify potential health and safety risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Monitor hygiene, food handling, temperature control, and sanitation practices.
- Support incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Conduct HSEQ briefings and provide guidance to F&B teams on safe working practices.
- Maintain accurate HSEQ inspection records, checklists, and reports.
- Work closely with F&B management and event teams to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
Requirements
Skills Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HSEQ, food safety, or a similar role
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, stadiums, or high-volume events preferred
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
- Relevant HSEQ or food safety certification
- Strong inspection, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced event environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
