Oversee and enforce HSE policies for interior fit-out construction sites. Conduct daily inspections, JSAs, permit-to-work checks, toolbox talks, incident investigations, safety audits, and training. Maintain HSE documentation, coordinate with project teams, ensure PPE usage, manage emergency and fire safety arrangements, and support client and authority inspections.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants regarding safety requirements.

Conduct regular safety audits and prepare HSE performance reports.

Ensure emergency procedures, fire safety requirements, and first aid arrangements are maintained.

Monitor housekeeping standards and ensure safe site conditions.

Support project teams during client and authority HSE inspections.

Maintain records of safety training, inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.

Minimum 3–6 years of experience as an HSE Officer in construction or interior fit-out projects.

Strong knowledge of construction and interior fit-out safety practices.

Understanding of risk assessments, method statements, and safety procedures.

Experience conducting toolbox talks and safety training.

Ability to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.

Good knowledge of PPE requirements and safe work practices.
