Position Summary
Responsible for the full lifecycle of an internal knowledge-sharing website, focusing on organizing and presenting technical compliance documents for easy access by company confidential internal engineers.
Develops a full lifecycle of an internal knowledge-sharing website, focusing on organizing and presenting technical compliance documents for easy access by Vanderlande engineers and technical managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Website/Portal Development:
Design, build, and deploy an internal website or digital portal (e.g., SharePoint, or leveraging tools like Power Apps) to serve as the central repository for compliance engineering documents and standards.
Content Management:
Work closely with engineering and compliance teams to collect, organize, classify, and index technical papers, reports, and standards.
Technical Editing:
Review and edit technical papers for clarity, consistency, grammar, and adherence to company confidential style guidelines, ensuring all documents are professional and ready for publication on the website.
User Experience (UX):
Implement a logical structure, search functionality, and intuitive navigation to optimize the engineer user experience.
Maintenance & Support:
Ensure the site is well-maintained, links are current, and the document library is regularly updated.
Qualifications / Requirements (This is a college-level entry-to-mid-level Intern position):
Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
