Für die Abteilung „Field Service“ suchen wir am Standort Weingarten einen qualifizierten und engagierten
HSE Manager (m/w/d)
Diese Position berichtet direkt disziplinarisch an den Global Field Service Leader der Coperion GmbH. Zudem sind Sie Teil unseres globalen HSE-Teams (Health, Safety, Environment) mit einer fachlichen Berichtslinie an den Regional EHS Leader, EMEA.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Betreuung und Beratung des Field-Service-Teams in allen Fragen des Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Unfallschutzes
- Wahrnehmung der Aufgaben einer Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (m/w/d) gem. § 6, 9 und 10 ASiG
- Aufrechterhalten des Arbeitsschutzmanagementsystem nach ISO 45001 inklusive Mitwirkung bei Audits und Durchführung von internen Audits nach ISO 45001, 9001, 19011
- Durchführung von Sicherheitsbegehungen und Unfallanalysen auf Baustellen
- Arbeitssicherheitsschulungen für Mitarbeitende durchführen
- Gestaltung und Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung aller Gefährdungsbeurteilungen im Bereich Service
- Erhaltung und Erweiterung der Dokumentation aller Arbeitsschutzmaßnahmen mit sämtlichen Nachweisen
- Pflege der Arbeitssicherheitssoftware EPLAS Systems mit Administratorverantwortung
- Reporting an Management und HSE-Verantwortliche, Überwachung von KPIs
- Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Fachabteilungen und externen Dienstleistern
- Prozessverantwortlicher für SGA-Prozess (MAPS)
Ihr Profil
- Ausbildung als Techniker/Meister (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Vorhandene Weiterbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit nach §7 ASiG oder alternativ die Bereitschaft, diese berufsbegleitend zu absolvieren
- Zertifizierung als interner Arbeitsschutzauditor (m/w/d) (ISO45001 / 19011), oder alternativ die Bereitschaft, diese berufsbegleitend zu erwerben
- Erfahrung im Field Service bzw. im technischen Außendienst wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in der Petrochemie / Chemieindustrie wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Gesetze und Vorschriften im Bereich Arbeits- und Brandschutz
- Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Reisebereitschaft für Einsätze im Außendienst (bis max. 10%); überwiegend in Deutschland
