JOB PURPOSE
To support the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) team in implementing and maintaining site safety standards by assisting in risk assessments, DCA, SBO, safety tour and daily HSE activities, while gaining practical knowledge of HSE systems, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tracking compliance of DCA performance
- Preparation of DCA plans on a monthly basis
- Tracking compliance of SBO performance on a weekly basis
- Monitoring Global SHE Incidents and Reporting and Publishing
- Preparation Weekly and Monthly SHE Presentation
- Following up BOYS actions with related departments
- Following up SHE Incidents
- Supporting SHE activities and campaigns.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4th grade at bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Ability to support data tracking, reporting and documentation activities
- Strong analytical, organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Available to contribute minimum 3 days a week
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in tracking and analyzing safety KPIs (e.g. Near Miss, DCA, SBO, TRFR)
- Knowledge of SHE standards such as ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001
- Familiarity with safety tools such as risk assessment (JSA), incident reporting or safety audits
- Previous internship or academic project experience in SHE or manufacturing environment
