Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline) or NEBOSH Level 6 International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management.
- Certification:ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification is mandatory.
- Experience:Minimum 10 years of experience as an HSE Engineer, with Ashghal or O&M project experience highly preferred.
- Skills:Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge:Familiarity with relevant HSE legislation, international safety engineering codes and standards, and integrated management systems.
Desirable:
- Experience with developing and maintaining integrated business management systems.
- Strong understanding of Qatar's HSE regulatory framework.
- Membership in a recognized professional engineering or HSE association/institution.
