  • Identify training or awareness gaps within field teams and support targeted interventions to close them.

Strategic Alignment & Measurement:

  • Align personal HSE priorities and activities with company objectives, adjusting based on field conditions, operational risk, and business needs.
  • Track and report meaningful KPIs and leading indicators to measure performance and progress against HSE goals.
  • Contribute to practical strategies that reduce HSE risks and improve protection of people, assets, and the environment.

Technical & Operational Execution:

  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Flywheel's HSE programs, including policies, procedures, and management systems.
  • Deliver technical HSE support across production, maintenance, construction, drilling, completions, and workover operations.
  • Ensure programs and practices maintain regulatory compliance and scale with current operations and future business growth.

Collaboration & Compliance:

  • Partner closely with operations, engineering, and other functional teams to improve communication, alignment, and execution of HSE programs.
  • Lead and support incident investigations, root cause analyses, corrective actions, audits, inspections, and required regulatory reporting.
  • Champion full compliance with applicable health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder & Contractor Management:

  • Execute and maintain a sustainable contractor management program, including use of third-party consortium tools, to ensure contractors are qualified, trained, and aligned with Flywheel's HSE expectations.
