We are currently seeking an HSE Assistant, reporting directly to the HSE Manager, to join our team based in Batam.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collect and consolidate HSE data from subcontractors and project teams.
  • Coordinate and perform data entry of HSE statistical information, including manhours, Behavioral Based Safety (BBS), Safety Observation Cards (SOC), HSE training records, and HSE KPIs in corporate and project reporting systems.
  • Support the preparation and issuance of weekly and monthly HSE reports.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials for HSE meetings and management reviews.
  • Maintain and update the HSE filing and document control system, ensuring proper record retention and traceability.
  • Prepare and organize documentation required for lender reviews, client audits, and third-party audits.
  • Ensure HSE records and reports are accurate, complete, and submitted within the required timelines.
  • Provide administrative and reporting support to the HSE team to facilitate effective implementation of project HSE activities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in HSE administration, reporting, document control, or data management within construction, industrial, or EPC projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong organizational, reporting, and document management skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced project environment.

Skills Required
