What’s on offer?

We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced HSE Administrator for our Queensland Utilities requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further, and gain industry relevant experience, with on-the-job skill development/coaching offered throughout.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting in developing processes required for safe and efficient delivery of works

  • Assist with meeting training needs for all personnel

  • Help the wider team to maximise the use of HSEQ applications  

  • Be the conduit for contractors during prequalification and onboarding process

  • Validate HSEQ data for use in reporting and continuous improvement decisions

  • Promote health and safety policies and procedures to all personnel.

How you'll connect to the role:

  • Relevant Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety is highly regarded

  • Relevant experience in the construction industry is highly regarded

  • Have a current driver’s license and Construction White Card

  • Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Word and Excel

  • Proven ability to engage, coach and foster relationships at all levels of an organisation

  • Current First Aid certificate

  • Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely Culture.
