The Role

MISSION

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own individual project(s) specific to Healthcare Savings Account (HSA) bulk transfer of funds, ensuring all related information and milestones are accurately documented, and providing timely progress updates to internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for completing the following tasks under standard turnaround times:

    • Successful completion of key project milestones while building trusted relationships with employer groups and previous custodians

    • HSA Assets posted, reconciled and available by the agreed upon deadline

    • Confirmation of 100% success rate of transferred funds

  • Identify recurring problems, operational waste, and/or automation opportunities and share with team leader

  • Manage assigned departmental internal ticketing queue to ensure successful resolution within SLA targets

  • Boost engagement in individual & bulk HSA asset transfers as required

  • Lead or support client- or department-specific projects and workstreams as required

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years relevant work experience or education is preferred

  • Experience leading and speaking on behalf of teams and/or business initiatives is preferred

  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, pmbok is a plus

  • Experience influencing or coordinating engagement campaigns is a plus
