As a member of the Human Resources team, the Engagement Associate acts as an information and engagement source supporting the new hire process while promoting the Sagility vision, mission and values.
Key areas of responsibility:
• Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring they feel welcome and integrated into the company culture.
• Entrench in early employee life cycle on a regular basis to impact the employee experience, promote the Sagility culture, and to gauge issues leading to attrition.
• Serve as a point of contact to the employee to find and resolve any needs that may come up prior to to joining.
• Conduct Focus Groups to gather feedback from employees to understand their needs and interests, and use this information to shape future engagement efforts including reporting to departmental leaders.
• Maintain up to date class lists and data trackers on a daily basis.
• Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Actively inspect employee photo ID validation throughout the tech check and onboarding processes to ensure compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with the appropriate department to alert them if there are at-risk classes proactively.
• Coordinate engagement of functional teams during training.
• Model Rewards and Recognition for achievements, exceptional work etc.
• Coordinate and ensure personal contact via phone, email or text for any no call no show employees during the onboarding process.
• Conduct and update the welcoming and new hire orientation program to ensure positive feedback.
• Manage and deliver New Hire Orientation and presentation materials.
• Educate all new hire on the VoE program and communications.
• Act as a cultural role model and drive accountability for exhibiting behaviors aligned to our core values.
