HR/Payroll Coordinator
We're hiring an HR/Payroll Coordinator to join our Payroll team. This role will provide centralized human resource services focused on “back of-the-house" tasks for our HR and Payroll functions. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively members of our HR Team. You will be responsible for processing and auditing HR-related tasks and ensuring compliance with company policies and union requirements.
This role is located at our Arden Hills, MN Corporate Headquarters (hybrid work arrangement each week)
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll/Workday:

Manage Workday inbox and process time-off overrides, PTO adjustments, and no-show terminations

Correct PTO/Floating Holidays in Workday

Issue LTD letters and conduct PTO audits during payroll runs

Submit garnishment documents and process garnishment refunds

Resolve Tier 1 HR/Payroll inquiries via our ServiceNow ticketing system
Compliance

Follow up on I-9s and research legal documentation
Union Tasks:

Process union billing, deductions, wage/medical updates, and conduct audits

Update PO numbers annually and assist with process improvements
HR Solution Center:

Provide back up support to our HR Solution Center as needed
Education, Experience & Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates without a degree with related work experience will be considered

HR/Payroll/Union related experience highly desired

Ability to handle confidential information with great tact and professionalism

Ability to balance and prioritize multiple demands, excellent self-management skills
-
Possess critical attention to detail and process mindset for auditing

Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other common software applications; Workday experience strongly desired.
Pay range: $20.54-$30.81 per hour
