Position Summary

As an HRMS Analyst, you will design, build, test and maintain technology solutions that help our payroll team work better. You will support integrations, enhancements, reporting and issue resolution across Oracle HCM, Oracle EBS and ADP.

This role will own the stability of our Oracle-to-ADP interfaces and will also automate manual reconciliation and balancing work, produce control evidence for internal and external audit, and track vendor service performance with data.

This is not a payroll processing role. Your success in this role will be measured by the manual effort removed; the payroll runs protected from system failure, and how quickly audit evidence can be produced.

  • Build small scale solutions to help the payroll team validate and reconcile data more easily.
  • Support root-cause analysis on every payroll-impacting incident; maintain an incident log and drive permanent fixes with IT, middleware owners and ADP

  • Participate in change management for infrastructure, middleware and Office/macro changes that affect payroll; develop and execute regression and UAT test scripts

Reporting & Data Management

  • Build and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytics for the payroll team.
  • Manage data loads, transformations, and validations using applicable teams.
  • Help ensure data quality, compliance, and audit readiness across payroll related systems.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with the Payroll team, HRMS/IT teams, and business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support end‑to‑end project activities including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives such as HCM upgrades, integrations with other systems, process deployments or designs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills, e.g. SQL and PL/SQL skills. Understanding of data models and system architecture.
  • 3+ years’ techno-functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM  or Ora(or a similar system) and or Oracle EBS in a technical or techno functional capacity would be an asset.
