The HRIT Analyst will work across district and system Human Capital teams to identify gaps and provide localized business solutions to drive better outcomes. The ideal candidate is a tech savvy, change management leader who can understand business needs/gaps and can lead technology implementation across teams.
Key Activities
- Design, configure, deploy and maintain systems and operations that leverage automation and integrated tools (to existing HR/HCM technologies such as PowerAutomate) to seek efficiencies to manual HR processes.
- Drive business-aligned outcomes through HR technology-related projects, including system enhancements, process improvement initiatives, technology roll-outs and change management efforts to advocate for adoption.
- Perform various product ownership tasks as needed, including partnering closely with individuals and teams to consider new and better ways to apply technology to influence better business outcomes (e.g. improved collaboration, efficiency, quality, etc.). Research and analyze the nature, effect, and result of system enhancements and modifications.
- Actively engage with HR stakeholders, vendors and external partners to strategize and ideate system operations and solutions, including identifying business value, scope, functionality and data requirements.
- Performs other HRIS-related duties, as assigned, such as support and maintenance of logical access, access reviews for compliance, asset liaison support, compliance and regulatory reporting support, creation and maintenance of end-user documentation, etc.
Qualifications
- Typically requires at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related fields
- Technical expertise in process automation and data analytics
- Experience translating business needs into actionable, technical deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) Systems such as Workday, ADP, as well as PowerAutomate
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Project management and/or change management experience

Pay Range: The starting pay range for this position is $80,820 - $122,430 for the job level(s) required for this position. Final offers are determined by factors including the candidate’s qualifications, internal alignment considerations, district assignment, and geographic location.
Sponsorship: The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
