The HRIS Workday Senior Analyst is a key member of the team responsible for the successful deployment, ongoing management and optimization of the Workday HR platform across Goodyear’s global footprint.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, bridging the gap between HR process owners, business stakeholders and technical teams. You will translate complex business needs into scalable Workday configurations and drive system enhancements that maximize value, efficiency and compliance across regions where Goodyear operates. Your expertise will enable smoother HR processes, streamline operations and enhance the employee experience for thousands of users worldwide.
What You’ll Do
Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday HR functional modules (depending on your area of expertise, e.g. Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation or other) for a global workforce
Ensure that system configurations meet both global and local business requirements, including statutory, regulatory and cultural differences
Maintain and optimize Workday business processes, security roles, workflows and integrations as part of the global team to support HR operations worldwide
Document system configurations, changes and customizations clearly for audit, training and operational continuity
Provide input on the implementation of Workday delivered and custom reports, dashboards and analytics to deliver meaningful workforce insights
Partner with global HR, Payroll, IT and business teams to understand requirements, gather feedback and prioritize system enhancements
Actively participate in projects aimed at streamlining HR processes, improving efficiency and implementing Workday system enhancements
What You’ll Bring
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
4+ years of Workday configuration experience, including regional or global deployments of selected Workday HCM modules (e.g. Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation or other)
Strong ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams and a commitment to addressing stakeholder needs globally
Preferred Qualifications
Works effectively with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
Proactively identifies opportunities for system and process improvement, with active involvement in projects to streamline HR processes and implement Workday system enhancements
Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced, multicultural environments while taking ownership of deliverables
Handles sensitive data with discretion and upholds confidentiality
