THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior HRIS Analyst to our People team in Brazil

This person will provide continued optimization and support of Workday's HCM, Benefits, Absence Management and Time Tracking Modules along with other systems used by managers and employees worldwide to achieve business goals. You will provide support for employees and partner closely with the People, IT, and Finance teams.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Build and support the configurations for the following Workday modules: HCM (Reporting/Security), Absence Management, Benefits, and Time Tracking;
  • Partner with and support our business partners within the People team as well as stakeholders from the IT and Finance team on all Workday requests;
  • Continuously assess and evaluate business processes, recommending efficiencies and automation, as well as provide enhancements and configurations through the use of technology to achieve operational excellence;
  • Monitor the HRIS Support Desk and ensure tickets are being routed, customers are promptly responded to and issues resolved in a timely manner;
  • Effectively communicate and respond to general HRIS inquiries, providing customer service to associates, managers, payroll processors, and HR Business Partners;
  • Create and sustain data management procedures and audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy. Also build and maintain data catalog to ensure understanding of data delivered;
  • Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation and train users on new processes/functionality;
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure file delivery and follow up on data issues with external integration consultant.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have an excellent understanding of the Workday's HRIS information structure, functions, and processes;
  • Solid experience in configuration and administration experience on the Workday platform. Experience in configuring Workday HCM, Absence Management, Benefits, and Time Tracking is a strong plus;
  • Familiar and comfortable with using Workday EIB's and building complex Workday reports and Calculated Fields;
  • Strong Excel skills including VLookups and Pivot Tables;
  • You are highly organized with the ability to support multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
  • You have a demonstrable ability to build sound relationships and clearly communicate expectations;
  • Excellent investigation and troubleshooting skills and can work independently and thrive as part of a team;
  • Able to communicate with Fluency in English.

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $78.340 - 87.044. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.
