- Design and maintain the HRIS in support of the Healthcare System's data management and reporting needs.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HRIS.
- Create standard and ad hoc queries or reports.
- Provide data summaries or statistical analysis for use in strategic planning or decision-making.
- Follow established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data.
- Prepares end-user documentation or training materials as needed.
- Provide support to HRIS system users to include troubleshooting, solution creation, etc.
- This role is fully remote.
- Act in accordance with the established mission, vision, and values.
- Abide by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability privacy and security regulations regarding all aspects of Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Maintain effective communication and professional working relationships with patients/clients and their representatives, team members, contractors, physicians, peers, outside agencies, and the public.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree Human Resources or Business Administration, or 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or HRIS
- 1+ years Workday HCM experience
