Job DescriptionWe are seeking a system-driven HRIS Specialist with strong technical aptitude and an analytical mindset. This role is ideal for someone who is highly comfortable working with HR systems, large data sets, and automation, with a focus on improving efficiency and accuracy through system-based solutions.
- Manage and maintain HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and process consistency
- Perform bulk data uploads, data validation, and system updates with a high degree of accuracy
- Drive automation of HR processes to reduce manual work and improve turnaround time
- Analyse HR data and system outputs to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
- Support system configurations, integrations, and enhancements across HR modules
- Generate reports and dashboards to support HR and business decision-making
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS/HR systems role, preferably within an MNC environment
- Strong hands-on experience with HR systems and data management (bulk uploads, system handling, process workflows)
- Experience with global HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle)
- Demonstrated ability to drive automation and system improvements
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with a structured problem-solving approach
- Advanced skills in Excel and data handling
- Good understanding of HR processes and data flow across employee lifecycle
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets accurately
