Responsibilities - Process Improvement and HRIS Administration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives, and deliverables for HRIS projects.
- Manage HRIS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and project objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and efficiency improvements working with vendors on product updates and new releases.
- Configures system to meet ongoing business needs to support HR functions including compensation, compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of HRIS data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement integration solutions to optimize HRIS functionality.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to recommend and implement best practices.
Responsibilities - Data and Reporting:
- Collaborate with IT and relevant departments to streamline data flow and system interoperability.
- Establish report templates and generate regular and ad hoc reports.
- Support data audits to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data standards and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Implement and maintain data governance practices to enhance data quality and compliance.
Responsibilities - User Training and Support
- Provide training to end-users on HRIS functionality, data entry, and report generation.
- Act as a point of contact for user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support.
- Engage necessary stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HRIS project management, system integration, and data governance.
- In-depth knowledge of HR systems (preferably Dayforce) and their functionalities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
