Adopter of Workday solution since 2019, we are looking for a HRIS Project Manager with advanced Workday knowledge and in-depth of understanding of HR functions to support implementation and improvement projects globally. Functionalities covered: Compensation (Core & Advanced compensation), Time & Absences management, Time Tracking.
HRIS Functional Management
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Compensation, Time & Absences, Time Tracking and Security on Workday.
- Analyse and manage the related configuration as well as business need & requirements, then make sure that the tool is configured to meet these use cases.
- Deliver system enhancements and help manage the cyclical Workday update processes / tenant maintenance processes.
- Partner and communicate with the HR Teams for new releases, testing and implementation.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Initiates Functional Audit and take actions to optimize system’s utilization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues and fix defects in a timely manner.
- Provide level 2 support for listed functionalities including, but not limited to, researching, identifying, and resolving complex Workday issues, unexpected results and process flaws.
Project Management
- Serve as Project manager for Workday related projects:
- Plan, launch and monitor end-to-end related projects & campaigns for listed functionalities, including Compensation Review and Bonus payout campaign
- Guide, support and train users (Key Business Users, HRs, Managers, Employees) to enhance Workday’s adoption
Business partnership
- Serve as the main contact point for all questions/ requests as they pertain to Workday configuration & implementation, addressing issues directly and reporting requirements and needs to the Head of HRIS
- Develop or optimize reporting capability by configuring, generating and maintaining dashboards & reports as per business requirements and in line with data strategy.
- Work closely with C&B team, Payroll team, HR Operations team to build and ensure the data governance & consistency, especially data flow between the HRIS system & payroll system.
- Contribute and propose the best technical approach to meet business needs.
- Partner with other HR teams to participate in building and maintaining a strong community for HRIS practices.
Depending on the candidate profile, other HRIS functions will be managed by this role.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HRIS Project Management, with at least 3 years of experiences in Workday
- Workday certifications are preferred.
- Strong knowledge and experiences of Workday basic & advanced compensation, Time & Absences Management
- Good understand of C&B as well as Absences management topics.
- Workday Time tracking experiences is a plus
- Experience in support role (user training, support request management, reporting, system updates, non-regression testing)
- Experience in HRIS configuration and business analysis
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Analytical & synthesis skills
- Fluent in English
