What You Will Do:
You’ll lead the strategy and day-to-day execution of our Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environment—owning system administration, enhancements, and continuous improvement. From orchestrating quarterly updates without disruption to refining workflows that make life easier for our teams, you’ll ensure the system runs smoothly, securely, and at full capability. You’ll partner across HR and Talent functions to enforce governance, optimize processes, and deliver meaningful data insights, while also championing user adoption through training and support. Simply put, you’ll transform HR technology into a powerful, reliable engine that drives better decisions and a better employee experience.
We’d Love To Hear From People With:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of HRIS Manager experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
- 7+ years of HRIS techno/functional analyst experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
strong understanding of SDLC using the Agile model basic understanding of SQL preferred - Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work hybrid and or remotely, participate in virtual conference calls, and travel for team and group events as needed

Pay:
Estimated Starting Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000. This position is Bonus eligible. Centrus considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
