This role supports the maintenance and optimisation of Workday HCM and related HR systems, ensuring data integrity, efficient operations, and a positive user experience. The Analyst contributes to system enhancements, testing, audits, and day-to-day support while resolving Tier 1 global inquiries and escalating more complex issues as needed.
The role also involves supporting users through training, managing global mailbox requests, and assisting with system improvements to strengthen overall service delivery.
Provide timely triage, resolution, or escalation of global tickets and mailbox requests
Maintain HR systems through data fixes, mass updates, and routine system administration
Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Support testing of system enhancements, updates, and new functionality
Assist in interface/integration issue resolution in collaboration with IT
Execute system updates (e.g., cost centres, organisations, locations, reporting structures)
Prepare and analyse reports, ensuring accuracy of data and insights
Support HR and Payroll audits (e.g., compensation, job changes)
Deliver basic user training and support documentation
Create and maintain reports, including ad hoc reporting as needed
Know foundational Workday information (e.g., business process, extract data/reports, EIB uploads, issue resolution)
Contribute to process improvements and system clean-up activities
Participate in projects and initiatives to enhance HR system effectiveness
