Job Description
The HRIS & Data Analytics Specialist maintain HR information systems (HRIS) by updating the database, with the responsibility to be the main contact for the HRIS localization and improve the effectively process development in the country and develop projects with the Global Talent Team.
To be successful in this role, the HRIS & Data Analytics Specialist should have experience with database administration, reporting activities using advanced Excel and Human Resources Management software, like payroll or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ultimately, he/she will be responsible for the proper and effective operation and update of our internal HR software.
Key responsibilities:
- Verify Data Integrity: regularly conduct system audits to guarantee data integrity. He/She often reach out to department units (Talent Acquisition Team, Payroll Team) or individuals to confirm employee information and check company policies.
- Export regular and ad hoc reports from our internal databases, using advanced Excel (for example: headcount and turnover reports and quarterly presentation with the main HR indicators).
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Team in order to process employee data, keeping the HRIS database up to date with changes in employee information or organization rules and taylor-made Excel to asnwer internal stakeholder requests.
- Troubleshoot and report technical issues.
- Develop data processing guidelines.
- Partecipate to the Global call/update and be part of the HRIS Italy project team.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- + 5 years work experience as an HRIS Specialist or similar role.
- Proven strong Excel usage skills.
- Hands-on experience with databases and HR software (Success Factor knowledge is considered a plus).
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation and data protection regulations.
- Degree in Economics, Data Science, or similar fields.
- Fluent English.
