Wisk’s internship experience is a 12 week, hands-on program. Our goal for our internship program is to see what it’s like to be a full time Wisk employee and complete meaningful work.

We are looking for a HRIS Data Analyst to join our team for summer 2026. The goal of an HRIS Data Analyst at Wisk is to ensure that data is gathered, accurate and insightful. You will be part of the HR team that supports business decisions, workforce planning and employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• As part of the HR organization, and deployed in HRIS you will act as a HRIS Data Analyst for a novel type of aircraft development targeting the autonomous UAM market

• You will take part in learning Workday and turning raw data into useful workforce insights that leaders can act on.

• You will help support problem solving activities in data quality, employee experience metrics and identify process improvements.

• You will take part in building dashboards and reporting that help leaders make smarter people decisions.

• Additional projects include documentation and survey management.

Requirements:

• Must be currently pursuing a bachelors, masters or PhD degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028

• Human Resources Management or a related HR-focused discipline

• Familiarity with HR processes and handling of sensitive employee information.  Strong attention to data details.  Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools is a plus.

Pay Rate for this internship opportunity is up to $30 per hour
