We are seeking a technical HRIS consultant experienced in ADP Workforce Now. In this contracted role, you will support our HRIS Specialist in managing our HR systems, specifically supporting our ADP environment. You will be responsible for auditing current configurations, helping to build out new modules, and streamlining workflows. You will also ensure that data flows accurately between ADP and other systems globally, acting as a technical bridge for HR data synchronization and process improvement.

Responsibilities
  • HR Systems Support: 
    • Provide support for HR systems, resolving issues, data discrepancies, and interfaces. 
    • Answer HR Tickets and inquiries related to the usage of ADP, and correction of data stored in ADP through ad hoc changes and bulk uploads.
    • Participate in design, setup, and optimization of HR systems and ADP modules as needed, including Benefits, Time, Talent, and Performance.
    • Support HR programs like performance and engagement through tech design and configuration.
  • Workflow Automation & Integration: 
    • Support the HRIS Specialist with building and refining global workflows and change requests within HR systems to reduce manual intervention and improve data accuracy.
    • Understand global workflows and recommend alignment or regional approaches as needed to meet business needs.
    • Build, monitor, and troubleshoot data syncs between ADP and other systems like Greenhouse, Okta, and Precipio. Create integration files, participate in testing initiatives, and perform manual data loads when required.
       
  • Change Management
    • Support the HRIS Specialist with proactively communicating with and leading trainings for stakeholders when configuration, feature, or process updates have been made to ensure user familiarity and adoption.
  • Data Auditing: 
    • Conduct deep-dive audits of systems data and workflows to ensure data integrity across all modules and integrations. 
    • Work with HRIS Specialist to create a regular audit schedule to ensure we're auditing consistently and in alignment with compliance needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or Information Technology or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HRIS or HR with system administrator and/or analyst responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in ADP and other HR systems like Precipio, Docebo, and Greenhouse, etc. Additional HRIS experience with systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Workday is a Plus.  
  • Exceptional client service skills with professionalism and discretion. 
  • Strong discretion in dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information. 
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Skills Required
