Own Xometry’s global Design for Manufacturability product strategy and roadmap, including an intelligent DFM workbench, policy-driven workflows, order routing, and AI-powered manufacturability review. Partner with engineering and data science teams to deploy geometry and vision-language models, establish feedback loops, and improve data quality. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, define performance metrics, prioritize investments, and communicate strategy and ROI to executives.

Evaluates customer designs for manufacturability, develops sourcing strategies, and supports production troubleshooting. Collaborates with customers, machine shops, suppliers, OEM equipment providers, and internal teams. Uses CAD, GD&T, manufacturing-process knowledge, and quality practices to identify design issues and recommend solutions. Contributes to projects expanding manufacturing-network capabilities and improving core competencies across CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, and additive manufacturing.

Serves as the technical advisor for injection molding prospects and customers, leading discovery, mapping manufacturing requirements to Xometry solutions, demonstrating quoting software, and developing technical business cases. Partners with sales, engineering, product, and molding teams; manages complex opportunities; supports marketing content and industry events; and advises internally on tooling, mold design, and process capabilities.

Serve as the technical advisor for injection molding solutions, partnering with Sales to discover customer needs, demonstrate Xometry’s quoting platform, develop business cases, and guide complex opportunities. Act as liaison between customers and molding teams, provide expertise in tooling and process capability, support proposals and marketing content, represent the company at industry events, and oversee projects.

Serves as the technical advisor for injection molding solutions, partnering with Sales to discover customer needs, demonstrate Xometry’s quoting platform, develop business cases, and oversee complex opportunities. Provides expertise in molding processes, tooling, mold design, and process capability while collaborating with product, engineering, quoting, and manufacturing teams. Represents Xometry at industry events and supports technical proposals, case studies, and marketing materials. Travel up to 20% is required.

Own Xometry’s global Design for Manufacturability product strategy, roadmap, and intelligent DFM workbench. Lead cross-functional development of human and AI-powered manufacturability review workflows, including order routing, structured records, geometry analysis, and ML feedback loops. Define metrics for review speed, quality, rework, and customer outcomes while partnering with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Sourcing, Pricing, Quality, and executive stakeholders.

Evaluates customer designs for manufacturability, develops sourcing strategies, supports production troubleshooting, and collaborates with customers, suppliers, machine shops, OEMs, and internal teams. The role addresses DFM issues using CAD models and drawings, advises on manufacturing processes and materials, and contributes to projects expanding manufacturing partner capabilities. Expertise in injection molding, CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, GD&T, inspection, and quality practices is required.

Reviews injection molding RFQs, CAD models, and technical drawings; provides design-for-manufacturing feedback, performs basic file repairs, prepares quotes, maintains quote databases, supports customers through Zendesk and email, and collaborates with applications engineering and sales on custom manufacturing requests.
