The HRIS Analyst supports the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Human Capital technology solutions. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, supporting system functionality, assisting with reporting and analytics, and helping improve HR processes through effective use of technology. The HRIS Analyst works closely with Human Capital, Payroll, IT, Finance, Recruiting, and other stakeholders to support system operations and enhance employee experience.
HRIS Administration & Support
- Support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems and related applications.
- Assist with maintaining organizational structures, workflows, security roles, business processes, and employee data within HR systems.
- Support HR system integrations and interfaces between HRIS, payroll, benefits, recruiting, and third-party systems.
- Assist with user access management, security roles, and permissions in accordance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Troubleshoot system issues, research root causes, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics using advanced Excel functions and reporting tools to provide actionable insights that support business and HR decision-making.
- Assist Human Capital team with general HR and Recruiting support, as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, reporting capabilities, and system efficiencies.
- Assist with evaluating and implementing system enhancements and configuration updates.

Project Support
- Participate in HRIS projects, system upgrades, testing efforts, and enhancement initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Human Capital, Payroll, IT, Finance, Security, Recruiting, and external vendors to support HR technology initiatives and resolve system-related issues.
- Respond to user inquiries and provide system support to managers, employees, and Human Capital team members.
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives, as assigned.
