Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize our Human Resources Information Systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring data integrity, improving system functionality, and delivering accurate reporting and insights to support HR and business operations.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner, strong communicator, and critical thinker who is comfortable working with HR technology, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and leveraging tools—including AI—to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support HRIS platforms, primarily ADP (or comparable systems such as Workday, UKG, etc.)
- Configure, test, and implement system updates, enhancements, and integrations
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of employee data across systems
- Diagnose root causes of system or data issues and implement effective, scalable solutions
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and other business units to improve processes and system utilization
- Generate, analyze, and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and data insights
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions within HR systems
- Provide end-user support and training for HR team members and managers
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve workflows using HRIS tools and AI technologies
- Support data governance, compliance, and audit readiness initiatives
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Monitor HRIS data feeds and integrations; troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies
- Run scheduled and ad hoc reports for HR, Payroll, and leadership teams
- Process system updates, including employee status changes, organizational updates, and workflow adjustments
- Manage and prioritize incoming HRIS-related requests, ensuring timely resolution
- Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and system integrity
- Update system configurations in response to policy, compliance, or organizational changes
Proactively identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to systems and processes
Preferred QualificationsQualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2–5+ years of HRIS experience, with hands-on experience in ADP or similar platforms (Workday, UKG, etc.)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to support reporting, documentation, or process improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS integrations, APIs, or data feeds
- Experience supporting HR, Payroll, or Benefits systems and processes
