Key Responsibilities
As a HRIS Analyst in the Global HRIS Centre of Excellence team, your main responsibilities will include:
Learning HR Systems & Support
- Learn and progressively develop Workday and other HR System configuration skills with mentoring.
- Provide day‑to‑day support for your assigned Workday module(s).
- Troubleshoot errors and ensure system stability.
- Work closely with IT and vendors to resolve issues.
Process & System Enhancement
- Document requirements and test system changes.
- Evaluate processes to identify optimization and automation opportunities.
- Oversee governance of your module, ensuring data integrity and performance.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate workshops and training for end users.
- Ensure clear communication with stakeholders on system updates and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the wider HRIS team to prioritize enhancements and updates aligned to business needs.

Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications
- Motivated to grow into a Workday & HR System configuration specialist.
- Experience as a Workday key user or end-user (HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, etc.).
- Experience in process mapping and workflow improvement.
- Curious, analytical, quick learner.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Experience in multinational environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Customer focus, relationship‑building skills, self‑organization, and decision-making abilities.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional proficiency in Portuguese or French.
- Experience with HR reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Participation in HR digitalization projects
