As an HRIS Analyst specializing in Workday, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our HRIS platform to support various HR functions including Human Capital Management (HCM), Benefits, and Integrations. You will collaborate closely with HR leaders, stakeholders, and IT professionals to ensure the effective utilization of Workday to meet the organization's evolving needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with HR and IT teams to analyze, design, configure, and implement Workday solutions for HCM, Benefits, Security and 3rd party integrations.
  • Configure and help troubleshoot 3rd party integrations which can be EIB’s, core connectors or API’s.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday functionality, providing guidance and support to end-users, administrators, and stakeholders.
  • Configure and maintain Workday system settings, including security roles, business processes, and data integrations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR and other internal teams to streamline and automate HR processes related to compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
  • Lead testing efforts for Workday system upgrades, bi-annual release testing, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring system stability and functionality.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to end-users to maximize utilization and adoption of Workday features and functionality.
  • Stay informed about Workday updates, best practices, and industry trends, and proactively recommend enhancements and optimizations to the HRIS platform.

Qualifications:

  • B.E/B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc in Computer Science or Information Technologies or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on Workday.
  • Extensive experience with Workday HCM, Integrations, Security and Benefits modules, including configuration, implementation, and support.
  • Proficiency in Workday report writing, data analysis, and dashboard development.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Workday certification(s) preferred. Experience with Workday Studio is a plus.
