The Role

INEOS Composites US LLC

INEOS Enterprises is currently seeking an HRIS Analyst experienced in compensation, integrations, and reporting of HR information systems. In this role, you will be part of the global HRIS team in supporting day to day HR functions and operations. The HRIS team delivers service quality, customer orientation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement of processes for global HR teams and various internal departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the maintenance of HR data health in all HR Systems
  • Support HR Systems projects. This includes requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and production support
  • Support the maintenance and administration of the Success Factors HRIS and other systems supporting the HR function
  • Technical advisor to Compensation practices, including annual processes (bonus, merit, etc.)
  • Assist in configuring and maintaining compensation plans within the system
  • Act as an internal adviser regarding the use of workforce data and analytics
  • Perform data entry, data standardization, and audits on HR data to ensure accuracy
  • Monitor data integrity protocols and security controls between HR, accounting, finance, and other internal departments
  • Maintain and support a variety of reports/queries using appropriate reporting tools
  • Provide support to users on functionality and assist in resolving technical issues, data capture, and report creation
  • Provide support and troubleshooting on inbound and outbound integrations/interfaces
  • Review, test, and implement upgrades and patches
  • Assist in developing and maintaining user guides and system documentation about certain processes
  • Assist with the design, build, test, and deployment of configuration changes, reports, and dashboards
  • Analyze data flows for process improvement opportunities and recommend/create policies and job aids on
  • reporting standards and offer technical solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity
  • Gatekeeper of data requests in coordination with other functions for all deployed Success Factors modules, including talent, learning, recruiting, compensation,

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Computer Science or related field of study
  • 3+ years’ experience in Success Factors (preferred) or other HR systems (Workday, Peoplesoft, Oracle, etc.)
  • Practical knowledge of HR required, compensation and data analytics knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work independently toward project deliverables, manage multiple tasks against tight deadlines, maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite of products, with especially strong proficiency in Excel, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with data integrity, analytics, and audit
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
  • Strong time management skills with proven ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
  • Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and interact effectively with all levels of staff and management
