Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support the day-to-day functionality of the organization's HRIS (currently UKG).
- Generate and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports, including headcount, turnover, compensation, referrals, census, and other workforce metrics.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to support business and workforce decisions.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to implement enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
- Design, develop, and maintain standard and custom reports, dashboards, and queries.
- Assist with system upgrades, testing, configuration changes, and implementation of new functionality.
- Create and maintain user documentation, process guides, and training materials.

- Assist with compliance reporting and audits as needed.

Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or other related field preferred.
- Three to five years of HRIS, HR Operations, reporting, analytics or related experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in UKG, Ultipro, or similar HRIS system required.
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis. SQL background a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of HR, payroll, benefits.
- Ability to establish priorities, proceed with objectives, and work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Manual dexterity required to constantly operate a computer.
- Able to hear and see to communicate and exchange information.
