About the Role

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration, reporting, and continuous improvement of our Human Resource Information Systems, with a primary focus on Workday HCM. Reporting to the HRIS Manager, this role partners closely with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Operations to ensure data integrity, develop meaningful analytics, and drive process efficiencies across the organization. The ideal candidate brings an analytical mindset, strong Workday expertise, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

What Will You Own?

  • Workday system support: Provide daily support to HR and management teams across all locations with their use of Workday — understanding processes, troubleshooting issues, and escalating as needed to the HRIS Manager.

  • Data integrity & governance: Gather, audit, and maintain HR data across Workday modules (HCM Core, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Leave & Absence) and other internal/external sources to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Reporting & analytics: Develop, execute, and manage HR reports, dashboards, and data stories for various levels of the organization — translating data from Workday, Benefits, Compensation, and other systems into actionable insights.

  • Business analysis: Analyze individual and team trends, identify how data points connect to broader business circumstances, and proactively inform leadership on process improvements and best practices.

  • System configuration & testing: Assist with system maintenance, configuration, and testing of Workday updates, releases, and new feature rollouts in coordination with the HRIS Manager.

  • Process improvement: Periodically review Workday processes and bring creative, outside-the-box thinking to recommend efficiencies that align with current policies and organizational goals.

  • Project participation: Contribute to team-level projects focused on process improvement, candidate experience, compliance, and technology enhancements.

  • Stakeholder communication: Develop and maintain reports, communicate findings to involved parties, and build effective written correspondence that stakeholders can act on.

  • Possible travel as required ~ 10%.
