Job Title: HRIS Analyst I

Position Summary
The HRIS Analyst supports Payroll and Benefits operations through reporting, data analysis, and system support. This role is responsible for creating and analyzing reports, ensuring data accuracy, following established SOPs, and applying analytical thinking to resolve issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
Preferred QualificationsKey Responsibilities
- Create, run, and maintain regular and ad-hoc HRIS, Payroll, and Benefits reports.
- Analyze reports and data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
- Apply analytical and critical-thinking skills to support problem-solving and decision-making.
- Consistently follow Payroll and Benefits Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Provide customer service and answers to team members’ questions on benefits and payroll.
- Support data accuracy, validation, and compliance within HRIS systems.
- Collaborate closely with Payroll, HR, Benefits, and cross-functional partners.
- Assist in identifying process improvements and proactively address potential issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with care and integrity.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience working with HRIS systems such as ADP Workforce Now or Workday.
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience analyzing reports using HR, Payroll, or Benefits data.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a reliable and professional team player.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Calm, steady, and solution-focused under pressure.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and a continuous learning mindset.
