We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled HRIS Analyst to serve as the primary administrator of our Dayforce system.
Scope:
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, and continuous improvement of our HRIS platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, a passion for data integrity, and a collaborative mindset to support HR operations and strategic decision-making.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrator and owner of Dayforce.
- Manage day-to-day system operations, including troubleshooting, configuration, user permissions, and integrations.
- Maintain, configure, and optimize the Dayforce HRIS system.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on system capabilities, workflows, and integrations.
- Support data integrity by managing system audits, data uploads, and troubleshooting issues.
- Ensure system compliance with regulatory requirements related to employee data privacy and security
- Develop and deliver HRIS reports and dashboards for stakeholders to support workforce planning and strategic decision-making.
- Perform regular reporting and data analysis to provide insights and support HR decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Payroll, IT) on system enhancements, implementations, and automation opportunities.
- Lead HRIS-related projects from planning through implementation, including system updates, testing, and deployment of new features or modules.
- Provide end-user support and serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues related to Dayforce.
- Train HR team members and end-users on HRIS functionality, reporting tools, and best practices.
- Ensure data integrity, system stability, and adherence to best practices in data hygiene and governance.
- Maintain system documentation, workflows, and process guides to support change management and user adoption.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits involving HRIS data.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in HRIS administration with Dayforce, including system optimization, module implementations, dashboard setup, system auditing, updating, and ongoing maintenance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Dayforce certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams through HRIS enhancements, system upgrades, and module rollouts.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
