The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Administrator is responsible will support and maintain the organizations HRIS applications and modules. This includes but is not limited to the applicant tracking system, HR, attendance, and payroll module, learning management system, and leave platform. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. This position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources.
Essential Functions:- Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting North Fork Mono Casino & Resort's culture and always demonstrating exemplary Service Standards.
- Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
- Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.
- Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
- Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
- Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for executives and HR staff.
- Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of related HRIS experience required.
- Experience with all ADP systems preferred.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR highly desired.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Commission, which includes passing a background investigation.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- All work will be performed on site in Madera, CA.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment.
Team Members will be in constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests. Work includes the maintenance and care of assigned work area. Work is typically performed in an office environment. However, work may be in an area which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain secondhand smoke. Work may be performed in a confined area. Work may be scheduled at various hours, including working overtime, and during evening, weekends, and holidays. Work may entail trained chemical usage. Work is in a high volume, fast paced environment with frequent interruptions.

What We Do
North Fork Mono Casino & Resort is a new entertainment destination opening in Fall 2026 in Madera, California, on Highway 99. The resort will feature over 2,400 slot machines, 40 table games, and eight dining options, including two full-service restaurants and six quick-serve venues, serving as a hub for gaming and hospitality in the Central Valley.
