VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS :
Au sein d’un service RH composé de 3 personnes, le HRBP aura la responsabilité de garantir l’application de la stratégie et des politiques RH de l’entreprise sur un périmètre donné (environ 200 collaborateurs). Vous serez en étroite collaboration avec les managers et les équipes sur les missions suivantes :
- Déployer la stratégie de développement RH et des compétences (entretiens de carrière, plan de formation, recrutement ...)
- Conseiller les managers dans la mise en œuvre de la stratégie d’entreprise sur tous les aspects RH
- S’assurer de la bonne application des process RH au sein de l’entreprise
- Participer aux réunions CSSCT trimestrielle
- Garantir l’application du droit du travail et de la convention collective
- Gérer les dossiers disciplinaires et contentieux
- Accompagner, quand cela est nécessaire, la transformation et le changement
VOTRE PROFIL – VOS CONNAISSANCES :
Idéalement, de formation Bac +5 dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines.
Vous justifiez d’une expérience significative de 5 à 7 ans minimum dans un rôle similaire quel que soit le secteur d’activité.

- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar HRBP role
