Designs, implements and monitors a variety of human resource programs | Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management | Responsibilities are within the Human Resources Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines- Strategically partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies in unlocking talent potential and achieving business objectives
- Strategically and tactically drive talent management by leading workforce planning, succession planning and leadership development initiatives, powering data-driven decisioning to enhance workforce effectiveness
- A key change catalyst and Org Design enabler for HR initiatives, including but not limited to org transformation / transition efforts, culture transformation and employee engagement programs
- Provide expert guidance on critical employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance and fostering a positive work environment
- Collaborate across functions and teams (business and HR) to ensure consistency in HR practices and applications
