Job Overview:
Hexnode is seeking a dynamic and mature HR Business Partner to align people strategy with across global and sales-focused business units. This is a strategic role, requiring high energy,empathy, and business understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with business leaders across functions and geographies
- Lead the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Drive talent management, performance engagement, and leadership development programs
- Facilitate roundtables, close-loop feedback initiatives, and organizational design projects
- Build strong relationships with sales teams and support their dynamic needs
Required Qualifications:
- 8–15 years of HRBP experience in matrixed, global environments
- Experience partnering with sales teams is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage change, influence leadership, and deliver HR projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable operating with minimal direction
