OVERVIEW:
Talent Management & Employee Relations

Partner with the HR Manager to lead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and goal-setting processes. Actively contribute insights to shape strategies and actions that align with business objectives.

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR matters. Offer proactive support and strategic recommendations on employee relations and talent needs.

Own the end-to-end performance management process, including preparation, follow-up, and coaching managers on best practices for feedback, performance improvement plans, and documentation. Act as a consultative resource to help leaders manage their teams effectively.

Facilitate conflict resolution and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture by partnering with managers to address employee relations issues. Employ critical thinking and analytical skills to identify patterns, root causes, and solutions in employee relations cases.

Conduct and document investigations as required, analyzing outcomes to provide insights and recommendations that support a fair workplace.

Collect and analyze employee feedback through lifecycle touchpoints (exit interviews, pulse checks, focus groups) to uncover trends and actionable themes. Present data-driven insights to the Senior Manager - HRBP and leadership to influence strategic decisions.
Technology Program Initiatives

Support the design and implementation of data-driven engagement and retention strategies by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Utilize data to recommend and implement improvements that drive a positive employee experience.

Apply strong project management skills to lead or support HR initiatives related to change management, organizational development, and process improvement.

Leverage HR analytics and data systems to compile, analyze, and report on HR metrics and trends. Provide quarterly, actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on data analysis to influence business decisions and shape HR strategies.

Partner with HR Analytics to ensure accurate, timely reporting, and continuously improve the use of HR data for informed decision-making within the department.

Manage department payroll budget files in partnership with the HR Manager, tracking and analyzing labor costs to maintain budgetary compliance and provide insights on staffing needs.
Functional Support:

Document, review, and optimize HR processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with best practices. Identify opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance process effectiveness.

Lead the effective communication of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives, ensuring clear understanding and consistent application across the organization. Act as a key resource to managers and employees, translating policies into practical guidance.

Counsel and coach client groups on a variety of HR policies, programs, and talent strategies.

Drive process accuracy and data integrity within Workday by overseeing timely and precise updates to employee records, including terminations, transfers, promotions, and location changes.

Participate in and lead critical HR projects as assigned, utilizing strong problem-solving and analytical skills to deliver impactful results.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field
-
3-5 years of experience in Employee Relations; Human Resources Generalist Work
-
1-2 years of experience collaborating with cross functional peers and stakeholders to support business strategy

Foundational understanding of HR practices (i.e. – FLSA, Immigration, FMLA, etc.)
-
Fact and data-driven approach to solutions, backed up by exposure project management skills to lead/support initiatives

Strong analytical problem solving and critical thinking.

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Targeted Pay Range: $67,100.00 - $109,000.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
