We are currently looking for a HRBP Senior Manager to support our SEA cluster leadership team and Country General Managers on HR matters by providing input, guidance and coaching. With you in the team, we expect the seamless delivery of comprehensive HR responsibilities in our South East Asia clusters , i.e., Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Your day at Ferring

Translate business objectives into HR programs to support organizational development.

Design and implement key HR policies and processes; ensure smooth running of HR processes and tools in line w/ our global processes.

Manage local workforce planning and HR budget.

Advise and support cluster management in HR & Organizational matters, lead HR processes and programs.

Oversee and align local recruitment policies and procedures and ensure efficient recruiting.

Ensure compliance to local labour laws in the geographical scope (i.e., Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia).

Support the development of budgets and business plans.

Actively support the development of Corporate HR programs and ensure its implementation.

Supervise/support local HR in their operative HR tasks.

Consult/inform Intercontinental and local Management about all relevant HR initiatives.
Behind our Mission…There’s you
-
University degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management.
-
8-10 years HR experience including at least 3-5 years in a regional role, overseeing multi-countries.

Experience in the pharma/life sciences industry is a must.

Sound knowledge of human capital and organizational development, HR processes’ implementation, improvement, and change management.

Overall knowledge of labor law, social security, and market practices in the region.

Excellent proficiency of English, as well as at least one language of the region would be a huge must.

A mix of a hands-on and strategic approach.

Ability to build relationships and engage with all stakeholders.

Ability to deal with both ambiguity and complexity.

Strong business and results orientation.

Exceptional communication and influencing skills with an energetic, assertive, proactive, self-aware and solution-oriented personality.

The position can be based in one of our main markets in the cluster.
