We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to drive cultural initiatives, talent development, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to leadership, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leaders to implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives, focusing on cultural development and operational excellence
- Provide hands-on HR support in areas such as employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and talent development
- Partner with leadership to drive resource planning efforts, including organizational design, job evaluation, and workforce planning
- Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable legislation, ensuring alignment with internal and external requirements
- Coach and guide managers in handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
- Support and execute talent management and succession planning processes to meet organizational needs and ensure a robust talent pipeline
- Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to enhance strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and learning and development
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs that address business needs and improve leadership capabilities
- Promote and support initiatives that enable a positive and inclusive work environment
- Serve as a liaison between the HR function and business units, effectively communicating HR strategies, policies, and processes
- Contribute to HR and cross-functional special projects as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or generalist in increasingly responsible roles
- Manufacturing plant HR experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead HR and talent alignment initiatives, including performance management, organizational planning, and leadership development
- Ability to partner with leadership and build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
