- Serve as a strategic advisor to functional senior leaders, developing and implementing people plans that directly enable business goals and drive organizational health.
- Build deep business acumen to diagnose needs and co-create solutions with leaders, acting as a strategic conduit between the business and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs).
- Coach and mentor senior leaders on the full spectrum of talent management: from performance enablement and succession planning to organizational design and team effectiveness.
- Lead and facilitate talent calibration, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives to build a robust and diverse leadership pipeline.
- Leverage people data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and prescribe strategies that elevate team performance, engagement, and productivity.
- Champion change management initiatives to support evolving business structures and leadership, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained performance.
- Strengthen the HRBP function by modeling best practices and elevating HR’s role as a trusted, value-added partner across the organization.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and partner on the design and implementation of scalable, global HR programs and processes.
- 10+ years of HR experience, including Business Partnering and experience working with C-suite leaders.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth technology or related environments.
- Proven experience as a strategic HR leader for global, cross-cultural teams, with comfort navigating time zones, cultural nuances, and occasional international travel.
- A demonstrated track record of coaching and developing senior leaders on complex issues including performance management, talent strategy, and organizational change.
- A powerful blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution - you can design the strategy and also roll up your sleeves to implement it.
- Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience using data to tell a story and drive decision-making.
- Experience supporting Legal, Finance, or other central G&A functions in a global, fast-growing organization
- Prior exposure to highly regulated industries such as crypto, fintech, or financial services.

- The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $300,000
- The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
