About the role:
Aircall is looking for a Business Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our passionate and high performing Talent Team. Sitting within the Global People Team and reporting to our Business Talent Acquisition Manager based in Paris, you will be responsible for various hiring needs in a hyper-growth context in North America! Working alongside very committed Hiring Managers at Aircall and a team of outstanding Talent Acquisition Specialists (including 2 in North America), you will bring your creativity to experiment with new sourcing approaches to unleash your full potential-- and thrive with us!
You'll manage external sourcing for our New York office and our remote locations in North America, helping Talent Acquisition Specialists and business teams in proactively reaching out to candidates and creating pipelines, by interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Mogul, BuiltIn, Slack, …)
What you'll do:
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers & Talent Acquisition Specialists to determine position requirements
- Build an adapted sourcing strategy and approach for each hiring need
- Lead a defined sourcing action plan with the TA Specialists in North America
- Measure and analyze KPIs (conversion rates, targeted volumes, pain points, etc.) and optimize sourcing actions
- Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System Lever)
- Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
- Be an ambassador and key contributor in developing diversity within Aircall
What you'll bring:
- Experience in recruiting (sourcing or full cycle) or alternatively, sales prospecting experience, with a desire to focus on sourcing candidates
- Resourceful in using creative tools and approaches to identify and attract highly in-demand talent
- Strong candidate focus, committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- A passion and skill set for crafting engaging outreach messages with a good response rate, balancing both volume and personalization
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, knowing which roles to focus on and when
- Great communication and organization skills with a consultative approach
- Ability to identify trends and patterns, with a business intelligence approach
- Eager to learn and share knowledge with your team: collaboration is your second nature!
