Sr. Talent Sourcing Partner

Sr. Talent Sourcing Partner you can expect to utilize your talent acquisition expertise to proactively source sales professionals while consistently developing new marketing strategies to generate candidate interest.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of full cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience with proven success in utilizing a range of recruitment tools and resources.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Bilingual is a plus, not required.
  • Experience: 3+ years multi-state recruitment to include geography based sourcing strategies within a metric driven environment.
