Technical Recruiter
As an early hire on Nayya's Talent team, you will be responsible for helping to identify and engage technical talent to rapidly grow the business. This role is both tactical and strategic - you will manage end to end recruitment for a number of high-profile roles across Nayya and you will also help establish and drive world class recruiting strategies, build Nayya's recruitment brand, and help us invest in our strategies for attracting a robust talent pipeline. This is an exciting role for someone who is passionate about talent and enjoys building scalable processes.
Responsibilities
- Own recruiting and hiring across our technical disciplines including Engineering and Data Science
- Proactively source and recruit passive and active candidates to hire the best talent
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience and manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer
- Serve as a subject matter expert when it comes to talent acquisition and coach our interviewing teams
- Champion Nayya culture, values and opportunities and be a talent advocate
- Build a robust, diverse talent pipeline
- 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role with a focus on hiring experienced talent in Engineering functions
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with drive to deliver results quickly
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated experience implementing creative recruiting strategies in competitive talent markets
- Previous experience recruiting for a fast growing SaaS start-up is preferred
